jimmy lyback: July Fighter played there on April 20, 2024. It was a cool place. I bought a few records and had a good time. The staff and maybe the owners were there. All were very friendly. I would highly suggest stopping by.
Honey Badger: I travel from a far to see what is new in this store. It's situated in a safe location. The staff is excellent, knowledgable, and has reasonable pricing on everything old and new. They also stand behind their products especially when buying records. Merchandise that is used looks and sounds like new. The store reminds me of back in the day music shops. Really fun and relaxing atmosphere as you shop. They have a ton of music, movies, and cassette tape selection to shop. I buy at least $50 plus each time I go. Don't change a thing guys. Best store ever!! I really look forward to shopping here! I can't say that about any other store!!

Will P: Extreme Noise has been a cornerstone of the Twin Cities punk scene since 1994. This space has an announcement board with ads for musicians and artists of all types, tons of records, hoodies, shirts, some jewelry, and most importantly - hard to find books and zines!
Phil Hunt: I could go broke here. Unbelievable selection of punk and punk-adjacent music. Always tons of fun.
Jesse Talbot: I'm not someone who is into the punk scene if we're being real. However I love this place, every time I go here I find a mix of used and new vinyl that expands my horizons at a decent price. The staff are all amazing especially considering they're volunteering here.

John Vincent: Made a visit on Record Day 2024 and found more than I expected. The place feels small when you first walk in but you will feel large when you leave.

They are very well organized and you always know we're to look for new arrivals.The staff is friendly and helpful.The only detractors are the small size, and the overflow records are in boxes under the tables. I spent hours on the floor shifting through those.I am not going to take away a star because they have too much inventory for their space. I found most of my favorites on the floor.

Vlad Messing: This place is a Twin Cities hidden gem. An extraordinary collection and sampling of hip-hop n r&b n rap records, if youre lucky youll catch a dj mixing and spinning records. Finest hip-hop record shop outside of New York City.
Paul “Mongo” B: This store has a huge selection of new and used urban records. My interest in the category is narrow, but the owner walked me through the collection and introduced me to new musical artists that I am now listening to in rotation.Thank you for the care you showed me and time thinking about my interests.
