Steven Bacon: Such a great toy store! It’s a great pleasure exploring their shelves. There are great books, well made yo-yo’s, puzzles, games, outdoor toys, it’s great.I managed a toy store when I was young and whoever the buyer is here is doing a fantastic job thoughtfully choosing a great variety of toys. The space is also fun and unique. Definitely check it out.

Grace Fredricks: I was a little bit wary going in, I thought it looked small and that I wouldn’t be interested in what they sell. However, this place had such cute items, and I was OBSESSED. They had all kinds of studio ghibli, miffy, sonny angels, etc. I haven’t been able to have access to items like these since they’re always out of stock online or at other stores. The prices were normal for the items being sold, I couldn’t afford a ton of things here but the little things i found i love so much. The staff is sweet and helpful with locating items or prices. She told me about things behind the register that I would be interested in. All together, i’m obsessed and i’ll be back! I’ll be sure to tell everyone i know about this place too. 3

Brian Balquist: Wonderful little shop for kids and adults alike. They carry tons of toys, but also collectibles and stationary too! Many of the items can be hard to find in the US, so it was great to shop in person. They also carry some cool vintage toys/clothing. The packaging is also super cute, and makes the perfect gift. Highly recommend!

Tania Teigen: My son brought me here on my birthday as a surprise. This store is just delightful! It is just magical when you walk in! Everything is neat and tidy but you still feel comfortable shopping. The owner was working and she was just so helpful and sweet. They have a beautiful selection of Maileg, Paola Reina, Waldorf toys, and other tiny treasures. I will absolutely drive over to south Minneapolis to shop again. I live supporting neighborhood stores and this was just such a lovely place with beautiful fun toys! Highly recommend!
DVA NGBN: This place is so cute! It’s located next to a few different restaurants and is so tiny that if you aren’t looking carefully, you just might miss it.The store itself seems to specialize in open-ended play toys as well as wooden toys and vintage clothing. I absolutely love it! Prices are on the high end but reflect the quality of the items.I have to use all my self-control not to stop every time I pass the store.

Guys in the RC Department that I dealt with are extremely knowledgeable and are willing to go the extra mile definitely going back for return business. It's a drive from Rochester Minnesota does not matter to me because the customer service was great

Tami Reed: I went to Kiddywampus in Hopkins for the first time the other day! What an amazing toy store! They literally have a little bit of everything including, Barbie, Legos, and Playmobile. I saw art kites, puppets, science kits, books, dress up clothes, stuffed animals and games just to name a few. They had toys for all ages from 0 to 100! They offer gift wrapping and there is even a space for parties or events! It will take a few visits to see everything! Since I have a bunch of kids in my life I will definitely be visiting again and again!

Ashley Pham: We visited for the first time today and it was awesome! We were greated immediately by the friendly staff and then left to explore. They literally have something for everyone. My two older boys brought their own money to spend and were able to find a variety of fun things to purchase within their own budgets and I was able to find something for the little brother too. I love that they have toys/books/games you don't see everywhere, and soooo many options. My kids were thrilled with their purchases and have already asked when we can visit again. I must admit, I am just as excited as they are about going back!!

Sarandos Klikizos: This place reminds me of what toy stores should look like but usually don't anymore. The shelves are packed but well thought out. Similar things are grouped in the same areas, which is particularly helpful in the board game area. There's a huge variety, from Lego to puzzles to pretend playsets, tactile / fidget toys, things that fly, things that roll, suckers and sweets and so much more.A staff member asked us if we need help - turns out she was the owner, was extremely knowledgeable and gave great recommendations while making us feel welcome as out-of-towners. Next time we visit family we'll be sure to return.

Debra Webb: The is a small store but it is jam packed! There are novelty toys, stuffed animals, and things like coloring and maze books. I loved the selection of games and puzzles though and did not leave the shop empty handed. If I'm ever at the mall again I will definitely be sure to stop here.

Kelly Esala: I had been pouring countless hours searching for the perfect stroller, unaware that Baby Grand existed! After I went to check out a deal on an Uppababy stroller, I wanted to see one in person. I stopped in the store and the two associates were so knowledgeable and friendly! They were able to help me check out all the strollers I had considered, they had the same prices as the online deals, they have exceptional service and a discount on accessories! When I decided on a product I fell in love with, they had the high-end Veer stroller in stock and was able to come home with me that day! I didn’t have to spend time waiting for an online order to emerge! They also told me they could help ensure my future car seat would be installed correctly when purchased through them! So we cancelled our order and purchased all our furniture through Baby Grand, who were, again, great to work with.Now that a good amount of my friends are having babies, I am excited to tell them about Baby Grand and hope they have the same excitement in the process as I did!
Courtney Spiess: I had issues with staff not calling me back when I called the main number to get an update on my furniture order. I called several times and was told I would get a call back with an update. That didn't happen until I left a google review. If you're looking for an update respond to the confirmation email instead. That would have gotten me to the right person faster. Once I did get through to someone who knew what they were doing I got good service and he came up with a solution that worked for both of us.

Charlie G: We have been very pleased with our experience at baby Grand. We have bought many things for our newborn twins including strollers and our nursery rocker. Initially there was a problem with the rocker from the manufacturer and baby grand with no effort resolve the issue to our satisfaction.
Danica Burt: I called in later that evening and explained I could not find them and if they could find some sort of record of me picking them up. They called me back just a few hours later and had one set of bed rails unclaimed for and said to come by the following week and pick them up. I went today and they had them all ready for me and brought it out and loaded it into my car. I cant recommend them enough! Customer service is amazing and it was the icing on the cake that they took the extra steps in fixing their mistake and making it up! Thanks again Baby Grand for such a great experience :

It is harder and harder to find folks willing to work with you and help you learn what you need to about the products they are selling - I find that the older I get, the easier it is for me to say "Forget it" when some 18 year old tries to fake their way through the purchase process, and I have been known to walk right out the door. Let's face it, baby stuff can be expensive, and for that kind of money I want to work with someone who is educated in the product.That is exactly what we found at this store. The owner herself was hands on, walking my wife and l through the process of identifying the best values for the product we wanted. She went over the top to ensure that our experience there was a good one, even offering to help find an alternate method of receiving products that didn't happen to be in stock. After having a greatly disappointing visit to a big box baby store, I can only say thank you to the people at Pacifier Kids - their business model was 'spot-on' for us. 100% would recommend.
Nick Wolner: Great little store next to Punch pizza with cute baby and toddler clothes and gifts. My wife calls it Baby Patina. Employees greeted us right away and were very helpful during our hour long visit. They were very open to my three year old daughter playing with everything. We live in Chicago, but will be back!
