After college, Jamie went to work as a Program Director at a childcare center, followed by a career in recruiting and sales. In 2013 Jamie “retired” from the corporate world to stay home with their three small children. Now, as a Jovie owner, Jamie has the opportunity to combine business with passion to strengthen local families in the community where she grew up.

Casandra is the General Manager for the Jovie of St. Paul, Woodbury and Lakeville offices in Minnesota. A graduate from the University of Minnesota with a degree in Child Psychology, she began her career as the administrator of an early childhood learning center and worked to provide quality child care and education to children. There, Casandra enjoyed being an important part of the children's lives every day, in addition to being a mentor and leader to her team of teachers. After many years, Casandra decided it was time for a change and went on an adventure with Disney Cruise Line as their Manager of Youth Activities. In her new role she led a large team of Youth Counselors from around the globe providing the magic of the Disney experience to vacationing families, while having the unique opportunity to travel the world. Casandra has been working with Jovie, formerly College Nannies, Sitters and Tutors, since November of 2013. She is passionate about helping families find their optimal childcare solution and seeing the great impact it has.
