We got there at 9 and were 4 of 8 people there for almost an hour. It was easy to keep a safe distance from other park patrons as the attending adult. The kids seemed in pretty close proximity to each other. No way to avoid it in the climbing and sliding area.

Heather Willems: My husband gave me a big hug and said I was "Mom of the Year." After nearly 2 years of postponed playdates and zoom birthday parties, we decided to throw our 5-year-old a party with 20 of her closest friends and parents we never met. Aaron at Snapology made this the lowest stress party I have ever thrown. He customized the theme to our daughter's wishes "A Lego-Prince-Dance-Party." It happened. The 5-7-year-olds focused intently on making a 2D album cover, and a 3D stag for their favorite band. Aaron held a "Freeze - Dance" to our daughter's favorite song. Cupcakes were eaten and we went home happy. I can't decide what the greatest benefit was; having a happy 5-year-old, the bandwidth to meet new parents, or not having to clean up! All are aces in my book. Thanks, Aaron and Izzy!
Brenna Rentmeester: Our first time going to Snapology was for our daughter's birthday party. Aaron and McKenna were ready for our group and very helpful. They were fantastic at time management so we could eat dinner, build robotic Lego frogs, play and celebrate. Our older daughter wants to return for her birthday and we're already looking at summer camps. Great place and staff.

All communication with the owner Aaron and his staff from making the reservation online to the emails back and forth of them answering all of my questions and everything else in between was great! Mnamcl M: We had a fantastic time at my sons 9th Minecraft theme birthday at Snapology. The instructor kept the kids engaged the entire time. She made it fun and had a lot of knowledge about both Lego and Minecraft. His friends are still talking about how much fun they had...even those who don't know much about minecraft.The staff was so friendly and the facility was spacious and clean. We had 16 kids and a handful of adults and still had plenty of room to enjoy the party.We will be back next year for his younger siblings birthday. Thank you Snapology for making my sons birthday memorable and hassle free.

Joseph McGie: I attended a birthday party here with my 5 year old and he was pretty amazed and all of the different activities kept him busy. They have 2 party rooms and upper and a lower, plus a main area for free play with various activities and types of building toys. The party was great, and the host was very good at running it and working with the kids, giving them I structions, etc. My child and I worked together building a car that you can program. All and all it was worth it, I would plan my child's birthday there.

Amy Morgan: I went there for a 3 year olds birthday party. It actually was alot of fun. The party rooms were a decent size and the young gentleman who brought food out etc, was very attentive,polite and really exceeded my expectations for guest services. It can be pricy as their ziplining obstacle courses do cost extra ,but it is a fun time. If you enjoy jumping and climbing through obstacles with the kiddos as I do,then this would be a great place for the whole family to interact. I do have to say though that they do have height restrictions on many activities so unfortunately the little guy turning three didn't get as much opportunity to try many obstacles.I feel as though maybe 4.5 / 5 years old may have better luck being able to participate. If your child is on the shorter side then I definitely would recommend doing research before bringing them there just so they aren't set up for disappointment.

Nicole S: We have had two parties there and they have been AMAZING!! The party attendants have been exceptional both times. The last party we had Nguyen and he helped my son manage a breakdown. He is sensory sensitive and was having issues and Nguyen shook him out of it 3 times by distracting him with the rubics cube. He showed my son how to solve it. He was beyond impressed and so was I. It was a lifesaver!
Kosyoua Xiong: We booked a last minute birthday party here for my kids and had such a great experience! Our host, Baylee, was soo great! With 40+ guest she was running around doing everything for us, she came and made sure we still had drinks, refilled it, brought our food in time. She was so accommodating and we were soo appreciative of her. She made things go so smoothly for us! Annie Roberts: The Works Museum is fantastic. I took my second grade class there for a field trip and they were so amazed by all of the hands-on activities and said it was "their favorite field trip of all time". It gave them a chance to independently explore their interests and also provided structure and safe boundaries. There was also a guided lesson where the kids got a chance to create an airplane! Additionally, the staff were kind, patient, kid-friendly, and fun. Thank you Works Museum... we will be back!

Maurice Wilson: I went here to deliver some products that were ordered through Sam's Club in Eagan MN. It was a large commercial order. The receptionist was so pleasant and even though it was cold outside she propped the double doors open to make it easier for me to bring the products inside. I had an injury to my right pinky finger that had bled on the way to this stop. The owners of this great establishment noticed it and offered some bandages and antiseptic ointment and a place for me to clean out my wound. His kind gesture made my day and I know it will stay with me forever. Don't forget that any gesture of love and kindness, no matter how small ,can be a big part of someone else's day. I want to say thank you for your kind gesture. If he runs his business on the same kindness he showed me, I highly recommend that you come here for a great workout and a great experience.

Despite initial concerns about Zoē's age and safety, the welcoming and informative assistance from staff members like Josh and Benny immediately put us at ease.The facility's policy of allowing toddlers in for free with a paid adult not only eased our financial concerns but also showcased their understanding of children's apprehensions towards climbing. Benny's meticulous attention to detail, particularly in fitting Zoē's harness and ensuring our comfort with the equipment, was truly commendable and added an extra layer of reassurance.Zoē's excitement was palpable as she confidently tackled the walls, displaying remarkable fearlessness and agility. It was heartwarming to witness her enthusiasm grow with each successful climb, almost reluctant to leave after three hours of uninterrupted fun. Vertical Endeavors' commitment to providing a safe yet exhilarating experience for climbers of all ages left a lasting impression on us.As Zoē eagerly asks to return to Vertical Endeavors even as I write this review the day after our visit, it's clear that we've found a new favorite activity for our family. Lindsey Hiner: Love this place! You can sign your waiver and watch an instructional video before arriving, which makes the check-in process quick. Before climbing, the staff has you hook your harness onto an auto-belay to make sure you do it correctly and then you're free to climb! We just used the auto-belay walls, but there were plenty of other people doing the traditional belays and others bouldering. If you're going on a weekend, get there when they open because it does get busy.

We come to climb in the afternoon to avoid the evening rush which makes parking easier and we have most of the facility to ourselves. They have a nice variety of wall types. Great for beginners and more experienced climbers alike. Climbing is a wonderful, natural and fun form of exercise for the human body. We are loving it!
William Weber: Great natural wall and crack climbing. Grading is slightly more challenging than the typical gym but fun routes. Jessica was super helpful and friendly with our crew of siblings. Awesome employees like her are part of the reason we pick VE!

They were very easy to work via email with to get our group booked, and Jake, Andie & Sam were all great to work with, so thoughtful, super helpful & patient, and great with the girls once we got there. Leah Honsey: Pretty crowded on weekends, but kids enjoyed despite a few not so nice older kids. Nominal fee of 5-6.00 per kid. Big slides, lots of climbing, and small but fun areas for toddlers

Jonah H.: Fun little attraction at the mall and I like the light-up firework display and mirrors at the end. Besides that, I do wish there was more to discover in the maze, but overall it was a blast. Once you pay for a ticket you can go through as many times as you like.
