I started training with Korey, 3Click Mobile Fitness Trainer, last May 2020 and have been working out with him every week since. My goal was to build strength, stamina and endurance and lose weight during the Pandemic while safely at home. I'm losing weight slowly a result of making consistence alterations in my food intake and am stronger than every in my life. I am now doing full body push ups (not on the knees but full outstretched) - 36 at last workout and will make it to 40 at my next one. Have never done those in my entire life. My entire body is stronger, I can go up stairs quickly without creaky knees, have stronger core, have lost inches and 7 pounds while building muscle. I can lift 5 gallon water jugs with ease and carry them into the house without any struggle. I will be 69 years old on February 3rd 2021. 2021 is my year to break more records with 3Click Mobile Fitness!
