I love you Korean Bowl. Like the type of love where I might cry a little if you ever went away from the Twin Cities dining scene. I ordered a ton of food Xmas Eve via food delivery app - kimbap, sweet & sour chicken, stir fried pork, and stir fried squid. Each entree came with its own separate container of rice (generous!) and its own side of banchans. Definitely a good size portion. Korean Bowl takes care of the little details that make a difference - I notice their takeout containers have 2 small cutouts on the side to allow for venting - super clever! The main dishes sit in tin foil to keep sauce/oil from potentially spilling into the banchans. I especially appreciate that the sweet & sour chicken was kept dry/crispy and sauce came separately. Wow! Kinda envious of the students near this place. If the rest of the menu is as good as the first couple of dishes I've tried, this is a very promising place.
