Grand Lounge is a long-overdue collaboration with our friend and James Beard Finalist, Jamie Malone of Paris Dining Club. We modeled this tasting menu experience based on our favorite way to enjoy a steakhouse dinner, starting with beautiful one-biters, crudos, and working into some of our favorite cuts of beef.

Our next Wine Dinner focuses on Germany! Our Sommelier, Dave will be joined by Amy Waller of German Wine Collection to discuss what makes German wine great and why you shouldn’t knock Riesling. The menu will be primarily focused on German fare, with the expectation of a couple dishes added to show off the wine. It’s a Sommelier designed experience, with some chefs lending their expertise. You’ll leave with a new appreciation for German wine and maybe a new favorite pairing.
