Climbing, fitness, and yoga! Vertical Endeavors–Twin Cities Bouldering is a cutting-edge indoor climbing, yoga, and fitness center serving the Twin Cities community. Bouldering is a specific style of climbing where the climbs are short, unroped, and technical. People of all abilities can challenge themselves and have a blast! The facility features 18,000 square feet of bouldering walls along with a full fitness area and yoga studio. We welcome youth in our facility with supervision.

Vertical Endeavors–Bloomington offers options for groups big and small. Bring your group in to experience the thrill of climbing. No experience is necessary and there is no age limit. We offer climbing for all ages and abilities!

Do you want to advance to the next level? We offer lessons for those committed climbers. A lesson with one of our staff members will open you up to new techniques and possibilities in the climbing world. We offer lessons in Basic Top Rope Skills, Movements + Technique, and Sport Lead Climbing. We also offer personalized Private Lessons so that you can work one on one with a knowledgeable instructor on how to advance your skill set.

4worldlovers: We are the only bouldering co-op in the Twin Cities metro.

The Minnesota Climbing Co-op is run by psyched volunteers who believe it’s worth putting in some sweat for a gym we can call our own. All proceeds go back into making the Co-op better for everyone who climbs here.

4worldlovers: Launched in the Fall of 2016, we are sharing our enthusiasm for rock and ice climbing with the great people of the Twin Cities of Minneapolis and St. Paul and surrounding areas by providing safe, exceptional instruction, guided outings and equipment rentals.

4worldlovers: You can learn to climb, hone your skills, or try something new with climbing and bouldering. You can climb or boulder at RecWell, and boulder at St. Paul Gym. With fun clinics and events, the climbing gym has something for everyone! No experience is necessary. Your first time climbing is free!

First time users will receive an orientation and training that covers all of the key things you need to know to climb at the URWC Gym

Climbers may bring their own climbing equipment, but for those that need it, we provide climbing shoes and harnesses at no additional cost

Our staff are always happy to answer your questions - just ask!

If you have advice (beta, in climbing lingo) about how to climb a route you see another climber attempting, ask them if they want the beta first.

A pass is needed to participate in climbing or bouldering. Purchase A Climbing Pass.

Valid entrance to the University Recreation and Wellness Center (URWC) is required to use the climbing wall. Non-Members should stop at the Member Services Desk to gain access to the climbing wall.

The Minneapolis climbing wall is 33 feet in height with over 3,200 square feet of climbing surface. Additionally, there is 1,000 SQ. ft. of bouldering wall space.

The SPG Climbing Wall is available for Open Bouldering during all facility hours..
